Please read and understand the policies before booking your appointment. Updated 10.27.2022.

BOOKING

We accept all major credit cards, cash, Venmo, and apple pay. We do not offer payment plans at this time. To schedule your appointment, a card will be securely held on file. This payment will not be charged until after your service. This will reserve your appointment time and service only.

INSURANCE

We are not currently working with insurance companies.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please contact US via TEXT OR CALL 801.695.3232 if you’re running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your services will be shortened due to punctuality and to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the total service. No exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. If you no show/no call, you will be charged 100% of the entire service. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total service. No exceptions.

By booking, you authorize Black Lotus Massage to charge your credit card a no-show or cancelation fee if not given full 24-hour notice up to 100% of the scheduled value. Should you miss your visit without 24-hour notification (except an emergency) the card on file will be charged. No exceptions.
